1. Our position on copyright

Grabsta is a tool that helps users retrieve publicly available Instagram content for personal use. We do not host, store, or redistribute copyrighted media ourselves — content is fetched directly and delivered to the user requesting it, without being permanently stored on our servers.

2. User responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to download and use any content accessed through Grabsta. Downloading content does not transfer any copyright or ownership rights — the original creator retains all rights to their work.

3. Filing a DMCA notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been made accessible through Grabsta in a way that infringes your rights, you may submit a takedown notice. To be effective, your notice must include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including enough detail (e.g. the Instagram URL) for us to locate it.
• Your contact information — address, phone number, and email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

4. Where to send notices

Send DMCA notices via our Contact page or to legal@grabsta.app. We will review and respond to valid notices promptly.

5. Counter-notices

If you believe content was removed or access was restricted in error, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact information and a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

6. Repeat infringers

We reserve the right to restrict access for users found to be repeatedly involved in copyright infringement through use of the Service.
