1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Grabsta ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Grabsta does

Grabsta lets you retrieve publicly available Instagram content — posts, Reels, Stories, IGTV, carousels, and profile pictures — for personal download. The Service does not access private accounts and does not require or store Instagram login credentials.

3. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for how you use content downloaded through Grabsta. You agree to:

  • Only download content you have the legal right to use, or content clearly intended for public redistribution.
  • Respect the copyright, trademark, and privacy rights of content creators and third parties.
  • Not use the Service to harass, impersonate, or infringe on any individual or brand.
  • Comply with Instagram's own Terms of Use in addition to these terms.

4. Free tier & paid plans

The free tier includes a limited number of downloads per day. Paid plans (Pro, Premium) unlock higher or unlimited limits and additional features, as described on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to adjust free-tier limits and plan features with reasonable notice.

5. No storage of downloaded media

Grabsta acts as a pass-through: files are fetched and delivered to you directly. We do not permanently store copies of downloaded media on our servers.

6. Service availability

The Service is provided "as is." Instagram may change its platform at any time in ways that affect Grabsta's functionality, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

Grabsta is not liable for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from your use of downloaded content, including copyright or privacy claims brought by third parties.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account found abusing rate limits, violating these terms, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
